Lamar State College Port
Arthur (“College”) is seeking competitive proposals (“Request for Proposals” or
“RFPs”) for the selection of a qualified and capable vendor(s) to provide HVAC
repair services to the College. Work shall be done
on a time and material basis. Work will
generally be limited to small jobs. This
Solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for Respondents
to be considered for this work. The College expects to enter into one or more
contract(s) with the selected individual(s) or firm(s) to provide the services
as further described in Section 5 of this RFP.
