Pre-Solicitation Description:
This is an official notification that the Comptroller of Public Accounts
(CPA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from
qualified vendors (Respondents) to develop, implement, and manage the state of
Texas’ Broadband Equity Access and Development (BEAD) grant management program
(the “BEAD Program”) under a work plan approved by the Broadband Development
Office (BDO).
