Solicitation Description:
Contractor will be responsible for providing coverage of approximately 70 meetings annually. Most will be from the PUCT Commissioners’ Hearing Room located on the 7th floor of the William B. Travis building, 1701 N. Congress Avenue, Austin, TX. However, the PUCT may also require Contractor to provide coverage from remote or mobile locations when meetings are held at a location other than the PUCT Commissioners’ Hearing Room.
