Solicitation Description:
Expected Deliverable Requirements Timeframe Details TTA Plan - The TTA Plan should include a budget estimating the number of hours to deliver the TTA and a projected cost of the services. The TTA Plan is developed following completion of the Comprehensive Assessment of TTA Needs. The TTA Plan must be submitted within 30 days of the initial meeting between the Department, respondent, and subrecipient. After reviewing the TTA Plan and budget, and any necessary corrections, the Department will provide authorization to proceed with provision of the TTA. TTA Updates The respondent will provide the Department a written update via email every 30 days on the status and progress of the provision of TTA, and the TTA will be completed according to the Department-approved TTA Plan. The provision of TTA should commence within 15 days of the Department’s authorization to proceed. The respondent will complete the provision of TTA to the subrecipient within 90 days. The respondent is expected to adhere to the schedule and timeline outlined in the TTA Plan, and any modifications must be requested via email to the Department. Assessment of Results See Step II-5 for more information. Within 15 days of completion of the provision of TTA, the respondent will proceed to Step II-5, Assessment of Results, and complete this assessment within 15 days. See Step II-5 for more information. Final TTA Summary Report The report will describe TTA provided, dates and times, content, method of delivery, staff trained, and SOPs developed. Within 30 days of completing Step II-5, the respondent will provide the Department a Final TTA Summary Report. The subrecipient should be provided a copy of the report for input prior to finalization. Once approved, the respondent will provide the subrecipient a final copy.
