Solicitation Description:
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal, for the provision of preventative maintenance and repair services on boilers and associated equiment for the TFC at various facilities managed by TFC and located throughout Texas with most services taking place in Austin, Texas. TFC managed facilities inlcuding the facilities, locations, buildings, and systems. It is the intention of TFC to make multiple awards from this solicitation. The solicitation process for this RFP will proceed according to the following schedule: EVENT DATE Issue RFP May 2, 2023 Mandatory Pre-Proposal Tele-Conferences (Respondents are required to attend only one of the scheduled meetings) PPC 1, May 15, 2023, 2:00 PM PPC 2, May 16, 2023, 11:00 AM Optional Jobsite Walk-through/Site Visit May 17, 2023, 10:00 AM Deadline for Submission of Questions May 19, 2023, 12:00 Noon Deadline for Submission of Proposals/RFP Opening May 30, 2023, 3:00 PM Notification for Interview June 7, 2023 Interview Date June 13, 2023 Expected Contract Start Date September 1, 2023 The Mandatory Pre-Proposal Tele-Conferences are schedule for: PCC 1: 05/15/2023, 2:00 PM PPC 2: 05/16/2023, 11:00 AM Attendance of at least (1) of the two (2) scheduled pre-proposal tele-conferences is mandatory. Only those Respondents whose names and represented firm are on the Pre-Proposal Conference attendee list shall be allowed to submit a response. Please do not be late. An optional jobsite walkthrough will be conducted on May 17, 2023, 10:00 AM. TFC is using the electronic procurement system Bonfire. Proposals shall be uploaded per the instructions in Attachment J - RFP Submission Instructions and Guidelines prior to 3:00 PM on the date specified in the Schedule of Events.
