COASTAL BEND BAYS & ESTUARIES PROGRAM

IS SEEKING PROPOSALS

FOR THE INDIVIDUAL PLANT TREATMENT-- HERBICIDE APPLICAITION

at the

TATTON UNIT of the ARANSAS NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, located in, AUSTWELL, TEXAS 

Applicator to use prescribed applications for the control of mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa), huisache (Vachellia farnesians), and other undesierable woody vegetation found within the identified treatment areas. 

A site visit to view the project area has been aranged for April 14, 2021.  The site visit is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. 

An estimated 5091 acres has been identified for treatment but it is not guarnateed that a contract will be awarded for the entire treament area.
