Solicitation Description: This solicitation is for services to provide customer service center operations for the TxDOT Toll Operations Division (TOD). The vendor will operate the customer service center (CSC) which manages TxDOT’s TxTag and Pay by Mail programs as well as the unpaid toll enforcement program, including the Habitual Violators Program.
